Android-first apps for customers and field teams

Apps that work on a ₹8,000 Android phone with two bars of signal. Offline-first where it matters, light on data, in your users' language — the same discipline that makes MandiGrow usable in a mandi at 6:30 in the morning.

For: Businesses with delivery staff, field agents, technicians, farmers or customers who need an app rather than a website

The problem we usually walk into

Apps designed on a MacBook and tested on office wifi fail in the field: they need 200 MB, crash on low RAM, and lose a whole day's data entry when the network drops.

What's included

  • Offline first

Data is captured locally and syncs when signal returns. Nothing is lost in a basement or a field.

  • Light and fast

Small download, low memory, works on older Android versions still common outside metros.

  • Your users' language

Full interface and voice input in Indian languages, with large tap targets for outdoor use.

  • Android and iOS

One codebase where it makes sense, native where performance demands it.

  • Play Store handled

Listing, screenshots, privacy declarations and release management — we do the paperwork.

  • Backend included

APIs, admin dashboard and reporting, not just the app screens.

How we work

In this order, because each step depends on the one before it.

  1. Step 1

    Watch the real user

In the field, on their phone. What breaks there decides the design.

  2. Step 2

    Prototype the core flow

The one screen used fifty times a day gets built and tested first.

  3. Step 3

    Build, then field-test

Real users, real locations, weak signal — before release, not after complaints.

  4. Step 4

    Release and iterate

Store release, crash monitoring, and a monthly improvement cycle.

Questions we get asked

React Native or native?
React Native for most business apps — one codebase, faster and cheaper. Native when you need heavy camera, maps or background work. We recommend based on your feature list, not our convenience.
Do you publish it on the Play Store for us?
Yes, under your developer account, including listing, screenshots and privacy declarations.
Will it work without internet?
The parts that matter, yes. We design offline behaviour explicitly and show you what happens with no signal during testing.
