Information you give us
When you fill a form (contact, Pashu AI early access, internship application, or the small "call me back" box), we store what you typed — usually your name and a phone number or email, sometimes a district or a message — so we can reply to you. We use it only for that. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to newsletters you didn't ask for.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and button clicks. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. If we add session analytics later (for example Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) we will update this page first.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and name as WhatsApp shows them. Chats are handled by our team on business phones and used only to help you.
Where data is kept
Form data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), region-locked to Asia, and is readable only by signed-in MindT staff. Documents you send for OCR or XML work are processed on our own servers in India and are not uploaded to third-party AI services without your written agreement.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and (for visitors in the EU/UK) the GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@mindt.co.in or WhatsApp +91 79896 10623. We act within 7 working days.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
