E-commerce websites and apps that actually sell in India

We build online stores for Indian businesses — UPI and COD, WhatsApp ordering, delivery partner integration, GST invoices, and a dashboard your staff can actually use. Custom-built or on Shopify/WooCommerce, whichever fits your scale.

For: D2C brands, retailers going online, wholesalers who want B2B ordering, farmers' producer companies, restaurants and kirana chains

The problem we usually walk into

Most Indian shops that go online end up with a slow template site, no COD, payment failures at checkout, and no way to handle returns or GST. Or they run the whole business through WhatsApp screenshots. Both cost you orders you already earned.

What's included

  • Storefront that loads fast

Under 2 seconds on a 4G phone. Product search, filters, variants, stock — in English and your regional language.

  • Payments that work here

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay/PhonePe/Cashfree, plus Cash on Delivery with fraud checks.

  • WhatsApp commerce

Order confirmations, delivery updates and abandoned-cart nudges on WhatsApp Business API — where your customers already are.

  • Shipping & delivery

Shiprocket, Delhivery, or your own delivery boys with a simple route list. Live tracking for the customer.

  • GST invoicing & returns

Compliant invoices, credit notes, and a returns flow that doesn't need an email chain.

  • B2B ordering

Dealer/distributor logins with their own price lists, credit limits and order history — for wholesale businesses.

  • Admin your staff can use

Orders, stock, customers and payouts on one screen. Trained in Telugu or Hindi if needed.

  • SEO and analytics from day one

Product schema, sitemaps, Search Console and conversion tracking — so the store gets found, not just built.

How we work

In this order, because each step depends on the one before it.

  1. Step 1

    Understand the catalogue

Products, variants, pricing rules, who buys and how they pay. We map it before we design.

  2. Step 2

    Design and approve

You see the storefront and checkout as clickable screens before a line of code is written.

  3. Step 3

    Build and integrate

Store, payments, shipping, WhatsApp, invoicing. Fixed scope, fixed price.

  4. Step 4

    Test with real orders

We place real orders end-to-end, including a refund and a return, before launch.

  5. Step 5

    Launch and support

Staff training in your language, then a named engineer on WhatsApp for the first month.

Questions we get asked

Shopify or custom-built?
If you sell standard products and want to launch in weeks, Shopify or WooCommerce is honest advice and we'll say so. If you need dealer pricing, credit limits, mandi-style lots or unusual logistics, custom is cheaper over two years. We tell you which before you pay.
Can customers order in Telugu or Hindi?
Yes. We build the storefront in English plus any Indian language you need, including the checkout and WhatsApp messages.
Do you handle ONDC?
We can list your catalogue on ONDC through a seller-side app alongside your own store. Ask us and we'll explain what it does and doesn't do for your category.
What does it cost?
Fixed price after a free scoping call — it depends on catalogue size and integrations, not on hours. You'll have the number in writing before anything starts.
